My Personal Fitness Goals

Here is a record of the Physical/Fitness Goals I want to achieve:

  • To get into the best shape possible in 6 weeks – by 1st October 2011
  • To be able to easily run 5 miles – by January 14th 2012
  • To get to 8% bodyfat – by 31st May 2012
  • To gain 20lbs of lean muscle
  • To be able to perform 200 press ups in one go
  • To be able to perform 20 pullups
  • To be able to go from a prone to standing position on an ab-wheel
  • To be able to perform the splits
  • To be able to perform suspended splits over two chairs

This is just a list, I’ll be working on achieving these Goals and defining exactly how I will successfully complete them as time goes on.
