So, it’s happened, I’ve picked up a cold and I’m ill :(

I was thinking this through and I’m going to end the 6 week cycle early, making this week (week 5) my rest week. I’ll hit a new program next week and the new 6 week cycle will take me up to Christmas – so not all bad. Continue reading →
